Our main goal in Phase 1 is to establish foundational habits that support long-term health.
During this phase, we focus on establishing a baseline of foundational habits to find a place of stability and consistency, creating the conditions needed for future life goals.
For many clients, this may include nutritional adjustments to better support energy, recovery, and daily life. In some cases, this may mean increasing calories to correct under-fueling and support metabolic function.
We also prioritize stress management, consistent movement, sleep, and structured strength training that fits your life and supports overall health.
This phase may last several weeks to several months, depending on your history, lifestyle, and individual needs.

Phase 2 focuses on building strength, capacity, and resilience using the habits established in Phase 1.
With consistent nutrition and routines in place, this phase emphasizes progressive strength training, improved endurance, and supporting a body that performs well in everyday life, whether at home, at work, or while traveling.
Nutrition may be adjusted(if needed) to support training, recovery, and energy needs, without extreme restriction. As strength and consistency increase, changes in body composition may occur naturally, but the primary focus remains on building a stronger, more capable body.
This phase helps reinforce confidence, consistency, and momentum, setting the stage for long-term progress that lasts beyond coaching.

Phase 3 is about maintaining progress while fully integrating your training into everyday life.
In this phase, the focus shifts to long-term sustainability. Supporting strength, health, and consistency without rigid rules or excessive routines. Nutrition and training are adjusted AS NEEDED to align with your lifestyle, allowing flexibility while preserving the habits and progress you’ve built.
Rather than chasing new goals or extremes, this phase emphasizes confidence, balance, and autonomy, so your routine supports your life, not the other way around.
Phase 3 is where progress becomes permanent.
What’s Included in
VIP Coaching?
Customized fitness programs with changes as needed(depending on client’s goals and compliance).
Digital app access for workout delivery and progress tracking.
In-App Community
Nutritional Guidance- We want to help you find things you enjoy eating to support your goals and activities, while also supporting overall health.
If client wishes, customized Macros or calorie/protein goals with adjustments as necessary only after client tracks consistently for a minimum of 30 days.
Habit Coaching( daily/weekly habits and tasks will be a part of your customized programming)
Coach Support 5 Days a week via in-app messaging- We are here to answer questions/concerns and help you with exercise technique.
Bi-Weekly Check-Ins.
Complimentary access to our On-Demand Resource Center. The resource center includes recipes, e-books on various topics, educational videos, and more to help you dig deep into your journey and learn what you need to know to get lasting results..
