What is the investment?

The investment for our VIP coaching is $249 per month with a $99 initiation fee.


How many days per week do I have to workout?

Most of our clients workout 3-5 days a week. How many days a week you workout is fully dependent on you and your schedule. We recommend starting with 2-3 days to build the habit.


Do I have to buy any special supplements?

No. There are certain health supplements that may be beneficial to fill gaps in your nutrition, but they are not a requirement.

How long will it take to get results?

You will start noticing strength gains in the gym within a couple weeks. If you are trying to change body composition, that will take longer and should plan on sticking around for a minimum of 6 months.


Do I have to have a gym membership to work with a coach?

No! Our VIP coaching is 100% customized. When your coach is getting to know you, they will ask if you are working out at home or in a gym. If you are working out at home, your coach will want to see pictures of all the equipment you have, so they can curate the most effective workout for you based on the number of days you are working out and the equipment you have available to use.


How are you going to coach me effectively remotely?

Remote coaching gives you the opportunity to work 1-on-1 with any coach you choose while being located anywhere in the world! All you need is a phone and/or tablet with wi-fi. Our coaches utilize an app to track all progress metrics - pictures, measurements, weights used during workouts, Personal records, and more. They can also view your compliance on workouts and nutrition, which helps them stay on top of things and helps you stay accountable. Your coach will get to know you, your body, your schedule, and your goals/limitations to customize a plan just for you. No two plans are the same.

Why Remote Coaching?

Remote coaching has grown leaps and bounds. Virtual coaches are more connected to their clients now than they ever have been before. Hiring a virtual coach allows your program to be scheduled into YOUR life at your convenience instead of trying to fit your program into not only your schedule, but your coach’s busy schedule as well. That means no more worrying about your workout time slot being taken or last minute cancellation fees if you need to move workouts around!

How often do I check-in with my coach?

VIP Clients check-in once every two weeks with their coach. You will also have a way to contact your coach should you need something before your weekly check-in. All questions/ on-time check-ins will be replied to within 24 business hours.


How long will it take me to reach my goals?

Many clients come in highly motivated and ready to push, but strength, performance, and long-term progress require a body that’s properly supported, fueled, and recovered. If your body isn’t physiologically ready, we take the time to build that foundation first.

Our coaches prioritize your overall health, recovery, and sustainability. We won’t sacrifice your well-being or long-term progress for short-term results or fast transformations.

This approach allows you to build strength that lasts—and supports your everyday life for years to come.

What is expected of me as a client?

As a client, we ask that you:

  • Follow the program as written and communicate when adjustments are needed

  • Trust the process and avoid adding extra workouts or cardio outside your plan

  • Communicate openly with your coach—wins, struggles, questions, and feedback all matter

  • Complete check-ins on time so your coach can support you effectively and make appropriate adjustments

Your program is designed to support strength, recovery, and consistency. More is not better… Better is better.

Clear communication allows your coach to meet you where you are and guide you toward sustainable progress that supports your everyday life.
