Feeling Like an Impostor in Fitness? Me Too.
Let’s have an honest moment.
I’ve gone through seasons where I lived and breathed fitness:
✔️ 3:30 a.m. workouts
✔️ Meal prepping like a pro
✔️ Hitting 10K steps before lunch
✔️ Crushing goals like a machine
But right now? This season looks very different. This Is the Hard Season.
I'm currently running multiple companies, managing high- demand responsibilities, and mentally… I'm tapped. Most days, I’m juggling so much that by the time I get a moment to myself, the last thing I want to do is work out.
I don’t want to cook dinner.
I don’t want to track anything.
I just want quiet.
And honestly?
Because I haven’t wanted to do all these things consistently, I’ve put on weight. As a result, I don’t feel confident in my clothes. And I’ve caught myself thinking…“How can I possibly coach others when I feel like this?”
Enter impostor syndrome.
Let’s talk about Imposter Syndrome for a second.
It’s that sneaky feeling that you’re not “good enough” to be where you are, or that someone’s going to find out you’re not as together as you look. And when your clothes feel tighter… when your energy is shot… when life is demanding more than you can give, it hits a little bit harder.
But here’s the truth: you don’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
Your value doesn’t vanish when life gets messy. You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are—and still lead, still inspire, still make progress.
Something I have come to realize……This season doesn’t disqualify me. It makes me more relatable. More compassionate. More real.
Because the truth is, most of my clients aren't chasing extreme aesthetics or extreme performance goals.
They just want to:
Feel better in their bodies
Lose a few pounds
Sleep better
Have more energy
Build a routine that actually fits their life
News flash…..There Is No Perfect Routine!
Sometimes you’ll hit the gym four days a week. Other times, getting in one or two workouts is all you can manage.
That’s not failure. That’s balance. Instead, You might focus on:
Getting more steps
Drinking more water
Going to bed earlier
Saying no more often
Eating one balanced meal at a time
That counts. All of it. And You Don’t Have to Do It Alone
If you're in a season of chaos…
If you're juggling a million things and feel like you've lost yourself in the process…
I see you.
I haven’t been taking on new clients while I navigate this new season, But I am finally ready to help more people. To get back in the swing of things, I’m offering VIP coaching to a small group of women who are ready to take care of their health, without pressure, shame, or perfection.
